Sam’s mission is to provide bespoke and affordable online nutrition coaching.
Sam is a certified nutrition specialist and weightlifting coach who originally wanted to offer affordable online/hybrid nutrition coaching to members of her gym, GAIN Fitness. What started as a small project in Norwich, UK has now turned into an international affair in the short space of a year, with a reach well beyond the gym. Sam coaches everyone from post-menopausal women struggling to lose fat to national and international athletes across many sport disciplines.
Sam is based within GAIN Fitness in Norwich, UK.
TRNSFRM is our long-term body transformation program that guides you through revolutionary—yet sustainable—changes in your eating and lifestyle. It’s powered by Precision Nutrition’s ProCoach app software, and focuses on fat loss for life.
As a TRNSFRM client, you’ll be checking in daily online for 5-10 minutes, learning new nutritional habits every two weeks via a scientifically proven nutritional curriculum. You’ll provide progress photos and measurements, and will give regular feedback to ensure the programme is working for you. You’ll also benefit from our dedicated client support Facebook group with an exclusive recipe pack delivered each month, regular live Q & A webinars, and peer-to-peer support.
We aren’t in the business of fad diets. Through ProCoach, we’ll teach you doable daily actions designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. We’ll help you bring health and fitness into your life in a way that works for your life and your body.
There are three levels of TRNSFRM membership available:
- Online Only (only open for entry twice per year),
All plans include a personalised nutrition plan, feedback, and support via ProCoach, the online system that has helped over 50,000 people lose over 1,000,000 lbs of body fat and create lifelong habit change. You’ll also be granted entry into our exclusive clients group on Facebook for recipes, tips, regular live Q & As with Sam, and more.
If you choose Plus or Premium, you’ll also have regular calls with Sam for more extensive troubleshooting and support. If you’re based in or near Norwich, you will have the option to see Sam within her office at GAIN Fitness. If you’re a self-starter and/or on a budget, start with our Online Only plan – but move quick if it’s open at the moment, as it sells out quickly. If intake isn’t open, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. We only open intake for Online Only twice a year to keep client care to an absolute maximum, and we cap intake for the same reasons.
If you need more accountability or just know you’ll have a lot of individual questions and/or need some one-on-one time with Sam, go with Plus.
For more frequent face-to-face accountability, advanced troubleshooting, long conversations and advanced nutritional counselling and coaching hours with Sam, go with Premium.
At the end of the day, everyone gets a plan, access to the PN Nutrition Curriculum, and coaching engineered for their individual needs with opportunities to get their questions answered.

We’re confident you won’t find nutrition coaching so comprehensive for anywhere near this price. That’s the point. We want people from all walks of life to benefit from our support.
Yes. Subscription is charged monthly, with a six-month minimum term from initial sign-up.
TRNSFRM isn’t a fad diet. This is a one-and-done programme: digging in and getting the results you’ve wanted all your life for the rest of your life. We expect your commitment to reflect that. With that said, a year-long sign-up can seem intimidating for some. So six months it is.
TRNSFRM is for individuals who want to get healthier, fitter, and stronger—and stay that way.
If you want to:
- lose weight and body fat
- build strength
- improve your health
- and learn how to do all of the above for LIFE, we want to work with you.
We don’t give you a crazy meal plan or rigid programme to follow; instead, we help you build habits that will get you permanent and long-lasting results. Like we said, we’re not into fad diets or “lose weight/gain muscle quick” schemes.
We provide you with personal accountability, a structured nutritional program to follow, and a highly experienced coach to help keep you consistent and on-track.
If you very rarely struggle with staying consistent with your exercise or eating habits, we don’t recommend the TRANSFORM route.
If you’re an elite athlete looking to become the better in your sport, take a look at Next Level, a programme more suitable for your needs.

You can try another diet book or read a bit more – and if you get great results with those tools, that’s awesome.
